Lifestyle Photography
First, I’ll tell you what I don’t do. I never say ‘Smile’ or ‘Just act natural’ or pose you. In fact, as you will see from my galleries many of my photographs won’t even have you looking to camera.
As a lifestyle family photographer, I watch, wait and I listen, because that’s how, in a split second, those special moments are captured. And that sums up my job. Think of it as storytelling in pictures; beautiful pictures of children being children and families being families. I photograph the laughter, joy, love, maybe even the odd tear because you are a real family after all. Occasionally I might direct you towards some particularly beautiful light, but principally I photograph you and your family having a great time. The location is up to you; either around the Marlborough, Wiltshire area which is where I live, or a location of your choice.
Hand on heart, all the families and children I have photographed say it’s really good fun. Well it is for me too, and that’s how it should be. I love being with children, and they seem to enjoy being around me. And that’s really important because great family photography can only be delivered if there’s a good connection between us.
Your photographs are an investment of lasting value to be treasured by you and generations to come. Such images don’t come about by accident or luck; they happen because of time well spent before, during, and after the event. You are, of course commissioning me for my photographic skills on the day but, long before a shutter is pressed, you will benefit from my experience in planning and preparation. And, following the shoot, in the digital darkroom, I will be editing and processing your pictures in a way that indelibly captures the character and atmosphere of your event - for all time.
The Cost
Ten Great Family Photos £475
A great opportunity for a family shoot of you altogether. Or, if you prefer, I can photograph just the children. You decide! I just want you to have beautiful photographs that you can treasure forever. Limited to two adults/two children. Extra person £75.
I will produce a minimum of 20 photos from which you choose your 10 favourites. The shoot can take place wherever you like. Email me here for available dates

This is a wonderful way of capturing natural photographs of you all, having a lot of fun, as a family. It's an adventure! Unplug your children, get the boots on, and meet me at your favourite wild location. Climb trees, wade streams, build dens; I photograph all this adventure in a beautifully natural way. There are 2 packages
Number One costs £495. This is perfect for families with 1 - 2 children, and includes
- Me for a one hour photo shoot at a location of your choice*
- Your choice of 20 individually processed photos presented to you in an online album, free to download

Number Two costs £695. This is suitable for larger families, and includes
- Me for a two hour photo shoot at a location of your choice
- Your choice of 30 individually processed photos presented to you in an online gallery, free to download

Photo shoots for older Teenagers and Grown Ups
At a location of your choice. Inside or outside. I create beautiful photographs which reflect you and your lifestyle in a natural and creative way.
£450 for one to two people. Choose 10 images from a minimum of 20. Photo shoot can take place in Marlborough. Standard mileage charge .45ppm from SN8 1AS
£600 for three people and more. Choose 20 images from a minimum of 30.
